Wide Neck Jar (100 ml)

This 100 ml wide neck jar is the smallest of our Miron violet glass jars. The opening is nearly as wide as the jar, so a finger or a small spatula reaches every corner, and the black screw lid keeps a balm or butter sealed in a bag.

Why violet glass

Miron glass is a dark violet glass. It blocks nearly all visible light and lets through only violet light, so the contents sit in near darkness even on an open shelf. Glass does not react with oils or absorb smells, and it washes clean for the next batch.

What fits in a 100 ml jar

• Lip balm and solid perfume in small batches
• A travel portion of shea or mango butter
• Hair pomade or beard balm
• Samples of a cream for friends or customers

100 ml holds about two months of daily face cream or many months of lip balm, and it fits easily in a washbag.

Filling and care

Wash by hand in warm soapy water, rinse and let it dry fully before refilling. The colour is in the glass itself and does not wash off. Label the contents and the date, since you cannot see through the glass.
