Returns Policy

General Information

Upon ordering products from Au Natural Organics, please be aware that due to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, personal care products cannot be returned.

Other items approved for return, however, can be shipped back to us within seven days of receipt, with a refund making its way into your account shortly after.

Receiving a Refund

After receiving your returned items, we will then credit the card you used with the full purchase price of your items (minus any shipping fees).

We apologize, but due to the nature of the product and its relatively short shelf life, products returned to us after seven days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on products after 15 days.

Additionally, if you are returning a quantity of 12 or more of the same item, there will be a 15% restocking fee, put in place due to inventory control and product shelf life. In the event of you returning a free shipping item, there will be a mandatory deduction of $3.99 from your total refund, should the new total order value amount to less than $100

Damaged & Incorrect Items

Au Natural Organics will always do its best to package your product(s) to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, it may then be handled by numerous agencies which could result in unintentional damage.

Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Do not discard the damaged product(s); ensure you retain the original box and packaging, as inspection is often required by the carriers.

Should you receive incorrect items, please contact us to verify your order. We are happy to work with you to ensure you get the right product and have a good experience with Au Natural Organics.

How Do I Return My Item?

  1. Start by placing the items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely; we are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
    2. Make a copy of the purchase order enclosed within your original order, highlighting the items you are returning and placing the copy in the box with the products
    3. Use the mailing address label below to address your return shipment.
    4. Take the package to the shipper (referred to you by our agent/staff) to the shipping location; this ensures it will be re-delivered to us.
