We take great care with what we put in our products which is why all of our oils, oil-based and herbal extracts products are made using 100% organic and wild harvested ingredients. Payment
We accept payment through PayPal, Stripe, and Credit Cards.
Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped within 2 business days. Regular shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS) and tracking numbers will be provided immediately after purchase. UPS or Fed-Ex shipping is available upon request. Item containers are bubble wrapped and shipped in Indestructo Mailers or USPS Priority Shipping mailers.
International shipping is available however please note that any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns we can only issue refunds on non-custom unopened items. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product to arrange a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds on custom items.
We do our best to make sure that your items arrive in excellent condition, but if your items arrive damaged please contact us immediately.

Shipping Policy
Where Do We Ship Our Organic Products?
Shipping domestically to the USA – including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.
Au Natural Organics also ships its organic collection worldwide.
Upon ordering your product(s), your shipment will be shipped via USPS, taking anywhere from two (2) days to two weeks (14 days) to reach you.
Express delivery options via UPS and FedEx are also available at an additional cost. Please note: it is important you are aware of local custom and importation laws, with any additional charges for customs clearance being covered by yourself.
International Shipping/Exchange/Damage Policy
As part of our commitment to great customer service, we’ll ensure each and every product you order from the Au Natural Organics website is suitably packaged ahead of international shopping. As such, we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive, or parcels which reach you with damages; this can occur during inspection at customs and is therefore out of our control.
We also ask, that as a customer of ours, you are aware of ingredients prohibited from entering your country. Au Natural Organics will process all documents necessary to clear products from customers, but we are not responsible for products seized by customs at the destination country.

How Much Will it Cost to Ship My Order to My Country?
We make every effort to keep postage costs as low as possible for you, with Au Natural Organics’ international shipments charged based on the weight and destination of their order.
We may offer flat-rate shipping fees to customers in certain countries, with customers outside of the US subject to additional fees and charges.
As always, we ask that you are aware of local custom and importation laws. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you.
Of course, customs policies vary from country to county, so please do contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to you and your situation.
Is There Anything Else I Should be Aware Of?
When ordering from Au Natural Organics, you are considered the importer of record and must therefore comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
It is important, therefore, that ahead of your order placement you are aware of the local customs laws concerning the shipment of items like dietary supplements. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine or package warehousing fees as issued by your local customs office.
If an item is returned to us here at Au Natural Organics due to a customs-related issue, you will be credited with a full refund; that is, of course, providing the package is returned to us in the same condition it was sent.
