Description
A macerate is an oil in which plant material has been steeped. This one starts with argan oil from southwest Morocco, where families and women’s cooperatives gather fallen argan fruit and crack each nut between two stones to free the kernels. The cold-pressed argan oil is then steeped with the flowers of the opuntia, or prickly pear cactus, and filtered. The result is a golden, silky oil for face, body and hair.

How to use
