Miron Violet Glass Water Bottles
Our Miron violet glass water bottles include a 1 litre water bottle and square bottles in 250ml, 500ml, 750ml and 1 litre sizes. Miron glass is made to filter out most visible light while letting violet light through, which helps protect light-sensitive liquids.
Use them for drinking water, infused water, cold tea, juices, hydrosols and homemade tinctures. Glass does not leach into what you store and can be washed and reused for years.

Using Violet Glass Water Bottles
Sizes
The range includes a 1 litre Miron violet glass water bottle and square violet glass bottles in 250ml, 500ml, 750ml and 1 litre sizes.
What to store
Use them for drinking water, infused water with fruit or herbs, cold tea, juices, hydrosols and homemade tinctures. Glass does not leach into what you store, and the dark violet colour keeps most light off the contents.
Daily care
Rinse the bottle after each use and wash it regularly in warm soapy water. A bottle brush reaches the shoulders and base. Let it dry upside down with the cap off so no moisture is trapped inside.
Handling glass
Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as filling a cold bottle with very hot liquid, which can crack glass. Carry larger bottles in a padded bag when you take them out.

Can I drink from these bottles?
Yes. They are made for storing drinking water and other liquids.
Can I put hot drinks in them?
We suggest letting hot drinks cool first. Sudden heat can stress glass.
How do I clean the inside?
Use warm soapy water and a bottle brush, rinse well and let it dry upside down.
What is the difference between the bottle styles?
