Description
Neroli is the essential oil of bitter orange blossom, Citrus aurantium. In Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt, pickers gather the small, waxy white flowers by hand each April and May and take them to distilleries the same day, before the petals bruise. Pure neroli takes about a tonne of blossom to make a single kilo, which makes it one of the costliest oils in perfumery. Neroli Light is a lighter, more affordable neroli oil with the same floral, honeyed scent and fresh, slightly bitter citrus edge.

Why pure neroli is so costly: about 1,000 kg of hand-picked blossom gives roughly 1 kg of neroli oil, and the flowers open over only a few weeks.
How to use
- Diffuser: add 3 to 4 drops to water in your diffuser.
- Face oil: add 2 to 3 drops to a tablespoon (15ml) of jojoba.
- Body oil: add a few drops to your body oil after bathing.
Patch test before first use. Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children, and do not take internally. If you are pregnant or nursing, check with your doctor before use.
