Why violet glass

Miron is a violet glass made to keep light away from what it holds: only violet light passes through, so oils, herbs and waters stay in the dark. It does not leach into or take on the smell of its contents.

What fits in a 1 liter bottle

A liter is the size of our bulk carrier oils, so a 1 liter oil can be transferred into this bottle in one pour.

Filling and care

Wash by hand in warm soapy water, rinse and let it dry fully before refilling. The colour is in the glass itself and does not wash off. Label the contents and the date, since you cannot see through the glass.

Can I drink from it?

It is a storage bottle with a screw cap. Many people keep drinking water in it, but it is not a sports bottle.
